PREP and PRESENTATION NOTES
- This bread is easy to make and best eaten while still warm.
- To store, first allow loaf to cool completely before covering, then add a cotton cloth to the container to absorb moisture.
- 1 1/2 tsp yeast
- 3 C flour
- 1 1/4 C whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/3 C butter
- 1 C milk
DIRECTIONS
Bread
- Place yeast in corner of bread pan of automatic bread machine.
- Layer on top of yeast: flour, whole wheat flour, salt, butter, milk.
- Bake in bread maker.
