PREP and PRESENTATION NOTES
- Try it, at least once. Avoid everything on the "List to Avoid" for two weeks.
The Basic Concept
- Avoid anything artificially flavored or colored, all processed foods, spices and anything that makes you sweat, and fats or oils except those found in good foods listed below.
- Eat plenty of plain baked or boiled proteins: poached, hard-boiled, or soft-boiled eggs; plain tuna, baked salmon and other fish; baked or grilled skinless plain chicken, lean beef, or lean pork.
- Eat plenty of fresh fruits: apples, oranges, grapefruit, bananas, and pears.
- Eat plenty of fresh green, leafy vegetables and other fresh vegetables: lettuce, carrots, celery, cucumbers, tomatoes.
- Eat plenty of baked or boiled vegetables: zucchini, yellow squash, potatoes, brown rice, corn, peas.
- Drink water.

- sugars, corn syrup, pancake syrup, jelly, jam, molasses, sherbet
- chocolate, candy, cookies, cake, doughnuts, gum, other sweets
- artificial ingredients, flavorings, colorings
- yeast, baking powder, baking soda, other additives
- spaghetti or other pasta, white rice, bread, rolls, English muffins, bagels
- pizza, bacon, hot dogs, ground meat, chicken skin, canned vegetables or soups, sauces, frozen prepared foods, other processed foods
